Shipping Policy
We want your Merasi order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all provinces within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are based outside South Africa and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@merasiscents.co.za to discuss options.

Delivery Costs

Delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is taken. Remote area surcharges may apply for certain postal codes — you will be notified at checkout if applicable.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. A standard order takes 1–2 days to process + 3–5 days to deliver = approximately 4–7 business days total from order to door.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also WhatsApp us at any time to get an update on your order status.

Delivery to the Correct Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout. Merasi Scents is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@merasiscents.co.za — we can update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

What if My Order Doesn't Arrive?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@merasiscents.co.za or via WhatsApp with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the matter within 5 business days.
In line with the Consumer Protection Act, if we cannot deliver your order within 30 days of payment, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund processed within 15 business days.

Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product before opening fully and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

Packaging
All Merasi Scents orders are packed carefully to prevent damage in transit. Fragrance bottles are wrapped and secured inside a box. If you are purchasing as a gift.
